unding is our absolute lifeblood, but any funding streams lasting for more than one year at a time remain difficult to find. The task of providing the Centre with a sustainable future therefore remains a continuous challenge, especially when considering long-term sustainability. Most large capital funding schemes are set up for "new" projects and therefore require a good deal of thought and ingenuity when assessing our future.

Our fundraising efforts during the last year have been as challenging as ever, but one notable aspect is the number of organisations, individuals and groups who have decided to fundraise on our behalf. That is a great testimony to Springboard Project, reflecting the tremendous hard work that all our staff and volunteers have poured into the organisation during the last few years, which has increased recognition of our integrity and profile.
